My Versa 3 is not tracking periods of sleep sometimes at beginning of the night and sometimes at the end when I have woken up and gone back to sleep. Also heart rate monitor is no where near accurate, it even displays a heart rate at times when not being worn. I have reset it several times, regularly clean the contacts and have changed sleep sensitivity from normal to sensitive but still have the same issues. It has put me off buying another fitbit because I have no confidence in even moderate accuracy.

Hello there, @Tezer. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issues with your Versa 3 before posting here. I understand where your concern is coming from and how you must be feeling.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If you haven't done so yet, please see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device?, What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device? and Why don't I see sleep stages today?
Lastly, please note that sometime the Versa 3 can't detect you have taken it off, and it sees what it thinks is your pulse. Note that if you remove your watch but it keeps moving, for example if you put it in a pocket, backpack, purse, or even on a nigh stand table, the Versa 3 may display an erroneous heart rate reading due to the vibrations. In addition, keep in mind that there are some factors that can affect the heart rate readings such as movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication to mention a few.
