Just recently got a Versa 3 for my birthday August 8th. It's been a nifty gadget but I've had a hell of a time setting it up and getting it to stay connected to my phone. It has recorded some sleep but it claims I only have slept for an hour before waking up and not going to bed. Other nights it will not track at all. I've yet to have a single night properly track. My mother did mess around with it prior to me getting it. I dont know if she set it to manual sleep or something. Slightly annoying but im sure someone here will have an answer for me! Thanks

I have also has this problem with the sleep though mine is a recent issue starting, maybe, a week ago. Prior to that I had no problems tracking my sleep. It wasn't always completely accurate but at least I had some form of data. Now, like you, I show just 1 hour of sleep if anything. Would be great if someone could tell us how to fix this.
