I started the update last night and part way through it, my Fitbit just shut off and I haven’t been able to get it to turn back on since… I’ve tried all the buttons, it’s not connecting with my phone, what’s the next steps? Really wishing I would’ve not done the update right about now

I am having the same issue. I tried the hard reset but watch is stuck on the Fitbit logo. I talked with customer service and they offered a 35% discount for a new watch, but now that the issue is happening to many users I have called them back and waiting for an email on next steps. My watch was working perfectly fine prior to the latest update.

Same, nothing was wrong with it before! Let me know if you can what happens, and then maybe I will call when I have a moment

I had the same issue this morning, and finally got it to turn on by holding the button. Now it says there is only 4% battery life, despite being fully charged yesturday morning.
