Versa 3 not turning on

My Versa 3 won't turn on after being on charge. I had a situation where the logo was stuck onscreen so disconnected from my phone, then reconnected. The logo is gone but replaced by a blank screen. Tried holding down the side button but no vibration even after 30 to 40 secs. Done this while charging and while it's on my wrist and while it's loose. Any advice please? Thx

Same thing is happening to me. It was glitchy the past few days, tried to reset and now the logo keeps flashing

I have the same issue. I have a flashing logo and the Fitbit Versa 3 is not working. It also cannot be found in the app.
