Versa 3 not turning on

My Versa 3 turned itself off and now I can't turn it back on. It was nearly fully charged and the side button is not reacting. I left it for 24 hours, but still no action. Any ideas?

Hi @K-cresswell - It could have developed a fault but try holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.

I’m having the exact same problem! I did what guy suggested and it’s working again!

I was holding it several times for more than 10 seconds. When it stopped it still had 78% battery. There's no sign of life.
