Versa 3 not up to Fitbit standards

I have had my Versa 3 almost a year and the clock face has come detached and hangs on by the cords. For months, the clock face hasn’t held the right face and the battery drains way too fast - it used to be at 90% after a day, Now it has been as low as 50% after a day. It really should be a better product for the price. I have been using Fitbit products since 2014. Is the drop in quality because they let big tech buy them?

@Sahara29 Versa 3 came out before Google bought Fitbit. And at "almost a year", the face falling off and battery should be under warranty? Agree they should last a minute though.

Yes, but I bought this one after Google.

@Sahara29 But the product was designed before Google. How can we blame a drop in quality because they let big tech buy them?

Because it’s a problem with the manufacture not the design.
