Hi all, I have had great success with this brand of watches and scales. However, my almost brand new versa 3 is not working properly. It does not register the correct heart beat and it is off by around 30-60 beats per min. I have talked to costumer service over the internet and on the phone multiple times. I have done everything they have asked me to and still it does not work properly. The last conversation I had just a few minutes ago the lady told me that the watch will be slightly off by a little because of the algorithm. That being said, how in the world is it off by 30 to 60 beats. So basically, it is my fault your product is faulty? How crazy is that? I am tired of getting the run around just because they do not want to put a warranty ticket in and replace this faulty watch. I was wondering if anyone has an email or some way to contact corporate about this.

Hi @MEMYSELF1 - most likely it's not a watch fault, if you look in the forums there are many heart rate posts of it not being reliable when moving or exercising, mine reads double at times but at rest it is accurate.

Yes it was never 100% accurate. However, about 2 weeks or so ago it just went nuts. It is not accurate even when I am sitting down and not moving around. (at rest)
