Versa 3 now won't turn on

My Fitbit Versa 3 was extremely hot (almost dangerous) the other day when I removed it from the charger. I had only charged it for about 10 minutes. It now won't turn on. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hi @PhilterB.  Your battery developed a charging fault.  You can't fix this.  You can contact Support if your Fitbit is still under warranty.  Otherwise, dispose of it as e-waste if required by local laws.
