Hi I was cleaning my strap and when putting it back on I have found that my versa 3 is quite hot to the touch and is turned totally off. Advise?

Hi @ADON70 - the warmth you feel might have been accumulated from wearing it or it may be a fault. Proceed with caution.
If pushing the button doesn't start try a charge but check if it becomes hot again - then there is a fault.
Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
