Versa 3 old clock face burned into screen

I just changed my clock face and the previous clock faces are burned into the screen. I tried rebooting and I’ve changed clock faces again but the old Fitbit clock is still showing through. What should I do to fix this?

Hi @jay_gray - screen burn can be an issue with some clock faces and Always on.

If it is under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, you may be able to get it replaced.
