Versa 3 only showing Fitbit logo

Hi Support,

My fitbit Vers 3 won't boot past the blue fitbit logo. I have tried all of the guidance I can find on this forum - unpairing from my phone, hard, factory rest, running the battery down (which happens really fast since the screen is always on and showing the fitbit logo) - and nothing works.

I have had the fitbit for 2 years with no issues at all.

Can you help? I miss tracking my sleep and exercise.

Hi there @kenny_love! Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Thank you for informing us about the situation you're having with your Versa 3, which only shows the Fitbit logo.

Have you already tried to set up as a new device your Versa 3?

I suggest you try this:

  • Turn Bluetooth off on your phone, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
  • Restart your watch and smartphone.
  • Remove your Fitbit device from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your smartphone or tablet:
    • On your phone, tap Settings, then tap Bluetooth.
    • Tap the information icon or gear icon next to your Fitbit device name.
    • Find an option to remove the device.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app.
  • Try setting up your device again. How do I set up my Fitbit device?
