Hi @Maysho - if it gets hot while charging, stop immediately, it is dangerous and means there is internal damage, possibly from water getting in.

If under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, the quickest way to resolve it is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement, hopefully over the counter.

Hi @Guy_

I have the same problem but bought mine online. Can you advise how I can check warranty etc?

Hi @Cmlkiwi - normally you can go to the watch Settings, About Versa 3, System info menu but if it's not working you can't.

Try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they will be able to tell you

I have the same problem at it’s out of warranty so customer service won’t do anything but give me a discount for the purchase of another watch.  However my watch is only a year and a half old.  I don’t use any features.  I just track my workouts in the app from the watch.  So basically I paid $250 for a watch that lasts only a year and a half!

I have the same problem with mine and its the second device. I experienced the same problem six months after I bought my watch last year March, then it was replaced. A year later the device is not working again same problem and I am told there nothing they can do as it is out of warranty. I love fitbit but this was my last
