I have the Versa 3 paired with my Jabra Elite Active 65T. Pairing is OK as i can hear from the headset that device is connected, and on Deezer or Pandora it shows that music is playing via bluetooth device. The problem is that no sound is coming out from the Jabra - only a faint hissing sound. The hissing sound disappears when I pause / stop the music, and when I play the music again the hissing sound is back.
I've tried another Jabra Elite Active 65T and same behavior - only faint hissing sound when playing music via Pandora or Deezer. Both Jabra Elite Active 65T headset works fine on my android / ios devices so I've isolated the issue to the Versa 3 itself.
I've removed the pairing, reboot Versa 3, reset bluetooth headset but still the same.
Unlink Pandora / Deezer, uninstall the app, reboot Versa 3, reinstall the app but still same behavior.
I've even factory reset the Versa 3 but still same behavior.
I've also tried to pair Versa 3 with a Sharp Hi Fi bluetooth but still no sound coming out.
Is this a common issue with Versa 3 and bluetooth devices? Will there be a firmware update to fix this?
