My Versa 3 ever since I’ve changed phones keep coming up with the error message “we were unable to update/install one or more apps. Please try again.” I am so confused on what this is. So I go to the app then the app come up saying lost Bluetooth connection with the Fitbit and wants me to forget device and reconnect it. I’ve done it multiple times. I even ended up in hospital with a high heart rate, thinking ‘oh my Fitbit could help show my heart rate over the time before I got admitted’ and the data wasn’t there cause it lost connection…
why is this being so difficult. I legit need my Fitbit now the most out of the whole time I’ve owned it to measure my heart rate and it can’t do that properly.

I recently changed my phone, too, and my Versa 3 will not stay connected. It is incredibly frustrating. It will pair the controls to my phone but then there will be a slash through the phone icon on my device. I don't have advice but am hoping to get an answer with you.

Yeah I’ve got the exact same thing today. I saw the watch come up with the disconnected symbol, so I got onto my phones Bluetooth and the Versa 3 controls are connected but the Versa 3 isn’t and I was looking at it like ‘how tf does that work’. Then had to disconnect and reconnect the Versa 3.
Also the new update has just been stuffing up all my data. Like my sleep for some days has only been working till 2am. Then the past couple days it didn’t work. Now today I took a nap and it measured my nap. It’s like wtf.
