Versa 3 quit working at 2 months. Can't get to a screen or recognized by my phone bluetooth

  1. watch quit working and only shows a scrolling screen saying to download the Versa app.  I do have that downloaded.   The phone bluetooth now wont recognize the watch. I can't turn the watch off to reset the screen.   When I push the side button, the scrolling screen is all I can see.  My phone is a Samsung Galaxy 9S+ and did work until 3 weeks ago.  There is no longer any light in the back either.

Hi @Herbylakegirl  in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and then Set up a Device.

The watch is asking to be reinstalled as you probably did a factory reset.

Make sure it's on the charger and near the phone and WiFi source.

Thank you!!! I didn't do factory reset...the watch quit working while I was at an event and sitting still.  Just starting scrolling and wouldn't show me anything else. .

BUT...what you suggested worked great!  Thank you again!!
