Hi, the side button on my versa 3 stopped working a while ago along with its ability to i sync, I have tried several fixes as advised in the help section as well as resetting, reinstalling etc without success. Battery charges ok but the watch is unusable. Today it started beeping and has a red cross on the screen with the words 'data not cleared, sync and try again'. Any advice please. I think the watch is about 2 years old
