Versa 3 "Today" screen is blank

The “ Today “ feature is blank on my versa 3. I have to look at my phone to see how many steps etc I’ve taken. Any ideas what to do to get the data working - like me!!

Hi there, @Plumbster2222. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

As @Guy_ has recommended, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Plumbster2222 - a watch restart may help but make sure you don't have EDIT when clicking the Today app on the watch, there you can choose which elements show.

If the watch has this mode turned on, the screen may sometimes turn black and will not respond at all. Check the Fitbit screen. It may display the water lock icon once or twice, even if black.

I followed the instructions to reset my clock to a different face and bam!!! it worked, it is 11:54 am 1/20 it was stuck at 2:29 pm 11/19
