I have been using Fitpay on Versa 3 (Firmware version: 36.128.6.17) with an iPhone XR (iOS 17.0.3) without issue for awhile. I am based in Australia and use a Westpac mastercard. As a long time user, I log into the Fitbit app with a Fitbit account rather than a Google account.
I recently received a new card with the same number but a new expiry date and security code. I deleted the old card on Fitbit Pay and attempted to add the new card. I can enter all of the details but when pressing next (after billing address) I get the following: "An expected error occurred. Please try again later."
I have tried restarting the phone, the watch, the Fitbit app, and bluetooth. I have even tried deactivating Fitbit Pay via a browser, just in case it was still remembering my old card. Nothing has worked.
I can't find the same issue via a search or any other options to try and get it to work. Any ideas?
