Versa 3 randomly turning off and back on

My versa 3 will randomly turn off and back on again. This can happen 2-3 times a day on some days. It happens when I am sitting down watching TV, going to sleep and at work just typing or walking around. Why is it doing this?

Hi @Maree1984 - it could be a watch face fault or even a watch fault. Try using a different watch face. Also do a Shutdown from the Settings menu, wait a few minutes and place it on charge to restart it and sync.

Thank you. I have shut down and restarted before but made no difference. I haven't tried changing the clock face. I haven't changed it since I got my fitbit. I will see how that goes. I am wondering if I should take it back and ask for a replacement if it continues to happen.
