Versa 3 replacement is taking too long to arrive

Has anybody had an experience with trying to get an agreed replacement device (versa3) recently! I’ve been waiting more than 3 weeks for mine and seemingly they still haven’t verified that it has arrived with them

I was hoping to hear from another customer about their experience with getting a replacement device ! I have spoken to 2 of my friends who received their replacement without returning the broken device first ! And they received the new device within 10 days of reporting it ! I’m very disappointed with how long I have been waiting 😫

I'm having the same problem. I barely had my versa 3 for a month and it stopped working,  chatted with fitbit and was instructed to return it for a replacement and I tracked it showing they received it. Never got an email to verify they had it so I got on chat and asked. They could not verify they had it and said they would send the replacement and email says shipped but cannot track it anywhere. This is really frustrating.

I can totally relate !!I finally got a replacement after almost 7 weeks ! Spoke to 5 different agents in 5 occasions 😱
I was told to send back my broken one which I did 7 weeks previously! Then it arrived back just before my replacement basically saying it wasn’t needed 🙄
But I will say that I got a refurbished device not a brand new and only the Fitbit no strap etc !
If you have a case number it will help 🙏🏽
But have to say they are not efficient at all !! Keep at them until your get what you want ! I received an email and was able to chose my device colour and was then sent an email stating it had been shipped .

Well I was told to send the fitbit only. I do have a case # and they asked what color my fitbit was and asked for all my address info. I also got an email that it had shipped but of course when I use the number to track it it says it's still waiting for pickup. I guess I will have to keep on them. Very discouraging knowing that mine was brand new and only had it for a month and I potentially will get a refurbished one back.

The invoice that came with my replacement actually had refurbished printed on it 🙁

I am having the same problem.  I was told to send my pebble and charger.  I received an email saying the device had been received by them, but that there was a shortage of the chargers and that they expected the chargers by the end of the month, but the exact date was unknown.  I didn't email them again until a few weeks after the date they gave me as the "expected" date.  They responded with, we hadn't heard from you, so they closed my case.  Are you kidding me?  I have all the emails with our correspondence, but nothing in those emails says I needed to contact them again - I was expecting them to send the device and charger when the charger became available.

Oh wow 😲 that is just ridiculous. I guess I will need to keep on them. It's just odd that they gave me a tracking number yet haven't sent it off.

Mine took a short time to get here but was dead on arrival. I couldn't get it to even start up after charging it. I reached out to customer service through chat and they said they would email me, but they never did. So annoying!

Yes I’m hearing too many stories like this 🤔

will think long and hard about getting another fit bit in the future! Maybe Apple would be better 🤔
