Hi Team, My versa 3 stopped working and I raised replacement for the same on 19th Sept through the link provided by the chat customer support team. Case number 50790904.
Even after 1.5 months there is no update on the shipment and the Order tracking just showing that the replacement order is received but there is no update.
I have reached out to shat support N number of times and no one is able to help me on the same. This community is the last resort I have to get a quick help and support from the team here.
