Versa 3 resting heart rate is too high

Asking after doing a search. I have a Versa 3, never any problems. Normal resting HR of mid 50s. But today, a few times just sitting at my desk it jumped to 90s for a few minutes at a time. No change in activity, stress etc. Did the firmware update and HR got less accurate?
