my versa 3 has a message saying 'not charging. your fitbit device is below operating temperature.' It's on my wrist in a warm house - definitely not cold. I need help before the remaining charge runs out please

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To look into this, may I know if the issue persists? Have you tried removing the Versa 3 from your wrist? And if so, is the same message still displayed?

To work on this together, I'd recommend exhausting the troubleshooting described in this help article and please monitor your watch's behavior afterward.
