Versa 3 says it’s syncing but no data is transferred, so not really syncing.

I called Fitbit helpline, I restarted both my Fitbit and iPhone, and then ended up deleting my Fitbit from the app and paired it again. This worked for a less than a day before the same thing happened after I tried to sync my Fitbit after a bike ride. I restarted my app and then it did sync, but a day after I tried syncing for my sleep data and I'm back to square one. The app claims to have synced but no data is being transferred. I've tried restarting both my Fitbit and phone without any luck, and I don’t want to go through deleting and re-pairing again, especially since I have no reason to believe that doing so will fix the problem more than a few hours. Is this a problem with the new app? Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix for this?

Hi @Yewbetcha - syncing can be one of the issues with the new app, see posts in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the appropriate iOS or Android app forums along with the other unhappy users where you will see more fully the issues.

Unfortunately it would seem likely you are stuck with this version officially.
