On the Versa 3 itself, it actually says "not warmed up enough to charge"?

Has it just been somewhere very cold?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi. My versa 3 is saying this. I've been nowhere cold and it's been on my wrist. I have tried warming it up with a hairdryer on low and retarted the watch but still won't charge. Any advice would be welcomed.

I'm having this exact same issue. We went swimming yesterday and I forgot to remove my watch. I've been having problems ever since. If I'm not getting this message, the power button is refusing to function.

Hi, I'm having the same here with my versa 3.

It suddenly switched off and couldn't be restarted with the power button. The warning to warm up the device popped out right after the watch was connected to charger. I restarted it like 3 times while charging, without any help. Any ideas, guys?

Hi. I contacted Fitbit directly about it and they have replaced my device.
Hope you get sorted.

Aaaaaaand funny enough, the tracker stopped measuring my pulse! I does count the steps, though.

My Fitbit is well within the acceptable temperature range so this is a operating system error. I have tried multiple charges and restarts on and off of charger... Any other ideas?

Well... I sent my watch back and fitbit sent a replacement. Seems that's the only solution. Sorry..
