Versa 3 screen acting odd and notifications won't come through

I have had my Versa 3 for less than a year and over the last month I have had an increase in issues. My screen freezes, it won't swipe to the right and is inconsistent with all other swiping. It will just randomly shut down and restart. My text notifications aren't working. Has anyone had this issue?

Hi there, @Hockeymom2444. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

As for the notifications not coming through, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

I tried all of these things, it helped with notifications coming through but I still can't swipe to the right and the screen keeps freezing and restarting on it's own. And now as I am typing this it now won't turn on at all. I plugged it in to charger despite the fact that it was fully charged and will see if I can get it to turn back on. This is very disappointing.
