Versa 3 screen came off

This will make the 2nd fit it watch that my screen has came off. Both watches were less than 2 years old. Fitbit needs to fix this issue. That’s money down the drain for a second time.

@Emmuno @EMATKINSON Please note when a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on Fitbit device model and other factors.

However, as our warranty states, it doesn't apply to damage or defects caused by:

(a) use with non-Fitbit products

(b) accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes

(c) normal wear and tear or aging of the Product such as discoloration or stretching

(d) operating the Product:

     (i) outside the permitted or intended uses described by Fitbit

     (ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by Fitbit

     (iii) with improper voltage or power supply.

Mine came off last week. I have owned so many other devices and never had so many issues until I got this.

Just happened to me too, 2 year old device and the screen just fell off whilepicking something up from the floor. Not sure I will buy another Fitbit device.

Yeah unfortunately I’m done with Fitbit. This is the second time this has happened and I’m not spending anymore money on these watches. I’m goin to Apple Watch. I guess you get what you pay for.
