I bought my Versa 3 just over a year ago, so just out of warrantee and the face fell off overnight whilst sleeping. I can see from the posts that this happens across the board for Fitbit products and that posts going back 2 years say 'it's a known issue and the company is dealing with it'. Clearly they are not, and it is not restricted to the Versa 3 it is across the board on all products. I can't believe they are holding customers with this much contempt. If it's a 'known issue' stop bloody selling them until you fix it.

Thanks for your reply but it doesn't help really. I think I'm only just out of warranty.
Irrespective, the cost of the Versa 3 should mean it lasts a lot longer than 1 year, and there are lots of posts about the screens just falling off on here and on the Sense pages. This is a disgrace and is corporate negligence, you can find posts going back 2 years at least that mention this design defect, and they state the 'company knows about it and is doing something something about it' when you are clearly not doing anything about it but continuing to sell faulty products.

Please contact customer care. The same thing happened to me and luckily my device was still under warranty. A replacement face was shipped to me and got to me in 3 days despite the Easter public holidays. Super impressed with the response speed from Fitbit

It's too late, it's out of warranty. It's a design flaw and they are doing nothing about it. A waste of a few hundred pounds. Never again
