I had a fitbit vesa 3 for about 2 yrs. The face came off and it was too expensive to repair. I saw a lot of online comments with the same issues.
Why should I purchase another fitbit if this problem has not been fixed

Note when a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors. Please note the screen cannot be replaceable and/or repaired.
