I had a fitbit vesa 3 for about 2 yrs. The face came off and it was too expensive to repair. I saw a lot of online comments with the same issues.

Why should I purchase another fitbit if this problem has not been fixed

Me too! Don’t think I’ll buy another one - only 14 months old, cost £180!
