Hey folks 👋🏽 It’s me again 😡
Sooooo here I am again, same year- 6 months apart! Last time I was here, checking in, my Versa 3 overheated, BURNT my wrist and then died (after it had been replaced through warranty)
Update on that: Fitbit support was absolutely no help and the company took absolutely no fault for their product legitimately putting a scar on my wrist! So that was fun. Had to shell out another $200 for a NEW Versa 3!
6 months later, here I am, with ANOTHER BROKEN VERSA 3. This time, something I’ve never encountered before happened: My Versa 3’s screen POPPED OFF while it was still working- just randomly (didn’t bump it on anything, I was just driving.)
And now, the Fitbit won’t charge. It turned off, completely and won’t charge back up. Someone help?! Definitely the LAST Google/Fitbit product I ever buy again, as I’ve shelled out thousands to a company that treats everyone like crap! 🙃
