I’m on my third Versa 3 with the same issue. The seal failed and the screen is just hanging off. Fitbit sent a replacement twice. At this point I’m extremely disappointed. I requested a refund with the second one and that request was denied. This appears to be a known defect with this product. I’m no longer supporting Fitbit, switching to Apple Watch.
