Versa 3 watch screen came out of its housing, it was working initially but now screen went blank.
I opened a ticket with fitbit and since watch is out of warranty I was offered a discount code to buy a new one. I will consider yet given the fact that this is a repeated issue with other customers it shows that Fitbit clearly has a quality issue with the sealing glue.
The sad part is the watch is working on the mobile app (sensors and stats) yet screen is not coming up as probabaly one of the data cable has issue after the screen came off its housing. It's such a shame that instead of finding a screen replacement or center to fix, I will through away the watch cause Fitbit doesnt support that.
Side note : If screen was working, I would have bought a special glue (one that is used to fix mobile screens) and glued it myself yet I know that after that it wont be IP68 anymore yet still I wont be throughing aperfectly working watch.

Hi @AmiZZ - it's possible that the connecting strap isn't properly connected.
Remember to get the screen to work you will need to press the button and it be charged.
Of course as it has a poor seal water may have got in and it be damaged.
But try in a phone repair shop, they are used to fiddly connections and can also glue it.

Out of interest how did you open a ticket with Fitbit? I have tried chat but it says it isn’t available so clicked on email and it asked my the problem. I was hoping to attach a copy of my delivery note but didn’t have this option. How long did they take to get back to you? I am in Uk
