I have a small crack in the display of my Versa 3. is it still water resistant?

When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on the Fitbit model and other factors.

If you have any questions regarding what is covered under the warranty you can read more about it here.

Regarding your inquiry, note that water resistance may diminish over time and can be negatively impacted by any of the following:

  • Dropping the device.
  • Exposing the device to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, perfume, insect repellent, lotions, or sunscreen.
  • Exposing the device to high-velocity water (for example, during water sports).
