Recently my versa 3 battery died. I put it to charge overnight & when I picked it up the next day the screen responds to touch but is frozen on the clock and the side button doesn't work. All the searched posts say to reset the watch but you can't do that if the buttons don't work. Now what??

Hi there, @DaRealBSquared. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Versa 3 is still blank. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please make sure you've restarted your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
As for the button being unresponsive, try placing both forefinger and thumb each side of face and pressing gently, also make sure to cover the entire button with your finger. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
