My weather page with my steps and such keeps disappearing. The only thing that gets the screens to come back on again is when I restart the fitbit.  Is there anything I can is there anything I can do to permanently fix this as I'm having to turn it off and on multiple to turn it off and on multiple times a day

Swipe left, you will see 6 signs, like a dash, a moon, right under moon, there’s a clock icon, click on that and it will ask you to select the screen wake mode whether you want it to be automatic or manual. If you select automatic, anytime you twist your wrist to check your the time, screen will wake up, and if you select manual then you have to click on the screen to wake it up. Hope this helps

Thank you for your response!!I don't think I'm explaining myself well. The watch it on I can see the time but when I.swipe down to.see the weather, core stats and advanced stats the screen is blank. However If, for example I tap where.step counter is supposed to be, the next page that says "Today" opens up just fine.

It seems to me that that the menu just isn't viewable.

Try restarting your Fitbit. Go to settings and scroll down click on shut down. After 2 min, restart your watch by pressing the button on the left side of your watch, hold it for a while and your watch will restart. Try this. If this doesn’t work, then I would suggest, pair your watch again with your phone. I had trouble with notifications drop down, I tried this method and it worked twice.

Hope this would be helpful.

Yes that works in the moment  but the problem recurs and is annoying.

Exactly the same as other poster described:

The main clock face displays normally, but when I swipe down to see the weather, core stats and advanced stats the screen is blank.

Shutting down and restarting the versa solves the problem for a while, but then it will recur.

thanks

@sgiandubh  -  when you swipe the top edge down do you see "all caught up"?

When you swipe the watch face to the left do you see the launch icons for the apps?

If not, when you press the button and do it does it work?

If it's still a problem probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is still under warranty and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues

Swipe  from the right does work, i will have to wait until it does it again to test the swipe down. Pressing the button brings back the main face, but the swiping up does not work at all until after a restart.

thanks for your help,
