Versa 3 screen goes blank when trying to access to Exercise

Have to restart my versa 3 almost 3 times a week because i cannot access the excersise and my screen goes blank

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Vidunethu. I´m sorry to hear you have to restart your Versa 3 because you can´t access the exercise.

 

Does the screen goes blank with other actions? How long has this been happening? Please confirm that you have tried restarting your device with the instructions of: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
