Versa 3 screen has a thick bright white band in the middle

My Versa 3 is 6 mths old and has a thick bright white band through the middle of the screen. I have tried restarting and changing the clock face but nothing works.

Hi @Mh2408 - it is clearly a screen or connection fault. Take it back where you bought it for a refund or new replacement. [They aren't repaired]

 

You could always try Factory Reset from the watch Settings, About Versa 3 menu. Wait at least a minute for the process to complete.
