I hit my watch today and the screen is not broken but the display doesn’t work anymore you just see little green stripes in the corner
So i want to ask what to do and if i have to replace it where can i do it ( i live in Monastir, Tunisia)

Hi @Skander - unfortunately they cannot be repaired, but first try a restart - How do I restart my Fitbit device? it may just recover.
You can contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you do a factory reset, just in case it fixes it.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
Accidental damage is not covered by the warranty and unless you have insurance the option is to buy a new one somewhere you can exchange it if there are problems.
