All of a sudden, the face of my Fitbit which I have had for a few years without any problems, lifts up like it's breathing! The funny part is that when the display is on when it lifts up, it's correct! Anyway to secure it back? I've tried pressing it back, but it periodically lifts up!

Well I just got an email with a code from Fitbit for 35% off a new watch. They give you a link to follow. So I did that. The versa 4 came out to $140 with tax.
figure I will try & get my $ back from Costco, since we’ve been customers for over 20 years!

Well, that is something. Can you give me their contact information. By the way, I just went to Costco and they wouldn't do anything and they don't sell Fitbit anymore.

I actually did live chat and sent a picture then they emailed me. I tried to put the email but when I went to post it, they said it was not allowed. Just go on the website and go to Support and email them if you’re Not doing live chat.
I would just send photos and complain. They most likely will give you that discount too!
As for Costco, even if they still don’t sell it if you complain enough, they will reimburse your money. I guess it depends on what Costco you are at too! Wow, I just deleted the email address and now they are telling me I can’t post because it’s within 60 seconds lol I guess I have to wait 🙄

I think it’s just ridiculous though! My watch is like brand new otherwise. For some stupidity I have to get a brand new one! On top of the money, it’s a hassle.

I did just get a Versa 4 but am going to look to see if there is a 3 anywhere! I am surprised how much I depended on my watch now that I don't have it.
