Versa 3 screen is frozen and won't sync

My fitbit versa 3 screen is frozen and I can't get it st sync or even shut down to reboot

Hi there, @Babyrubyredgirl. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3.

As @Rich_Laue has recommended, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Have you tried holding in the side button? This should restart the tracker. 

It took about 10 seconds of holding for my Sense to restart.
