Versa 3 screen is frozen

My versa 3 is frozen on time display. It will not swipe at all..not down, up, left, or right. I have it set that it always shows the time. But I can't get pass that. I have tried several time to reboot it. I even tried to change the clock faces. It does changes clock faces and it does reboot but l still can't swipe. I feel it vibrate and it even illuminates when I move my wrist but it wont swipe. I've watched soooo many videos and did research to no avail on getting this darn thing to work.

Hi @Jazz1218  - with the Always On display try touching the button or double tapping the face.

Once it changes swipe the face right to get to Quick Settings and enable wrist movement icon then in future when you raise your wrist to look at the time it should show your chosen clock face with the time.

If that works, suggest removing the Always On setting because you can save battery and see the time immediately when you look at the watch. It may be sufficient when wearing the watch.
