Hello, my screen is stuck on the home screen and will not let me check anything.  Screen will not turn off. Can you please tell me how to correct it?

Hi there, @Pmorris12. It's nice to see you around the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided about the issue with your Versa 3.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
