Versa 3 screen is going blank

My Versa 3 will not work when worn but seems to do everything normally, including syncing when on charge. Not working when worn makes it rather useless though. It goes entirely blank, or shows a faint square around the outside or the Fitbit logo only. Any help, or is this the end for my little friend?

Hi there, @TillyShinything. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 screen is not working properly. 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi Marre, hope you're well. I have tried the above multiple times now. I can confirm the clock face will show the change when it remains on charge. It will not complete the change when it is not on charge and continues to go blank, show a faint outline or the Fitbit logo and disconnects from being paired each time I take it off charge. Many thanks for your message. Is there any hope left for my little friend?

@TillyShinything Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa 3 and report that the screen is not working, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team who will be able to take a closer look into this issue and provide further help. Hope to hear some good news soon!
