Fit bit timer won't stop and there is a lock on the screen which has made the screen to be unresponsive. Won't shut down too.

Hi there, @Kemishoffy. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. 

As a first approach, please try the steps recommend by @Guy_. 

If the issue persists, would you mind letting us know if you receive any message on the screen regarding your Versa 3 being locked? In the meantime, please see How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?

Hi @Kemishoffy - may be simply changing the clock face in the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App will intercept this situation, if How do I restart my Fitbit device? isn't working.
