The screen shows a closed lock on it. How do I unlock the screen so I can see everything again?

Hi there, @Bleij. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

As @Guy_ has suggested, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

If the above doesn't help nor describe your issue, may I know if your Versa 3 is asking you to enter a PIN? If so, please see How do I unlock my Fitbit device with my phone?

Hi @Bleij - a few things to try, restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears.

 

If it comes back to the same screen try changing the clock face in the Fitbit App, Gallery tile, it may require another restart.
