Versa 3 screen is only showing "No trans"

My versa 3 has empty settings icons and if I touch them it says "no trans".

The messages are all funny characters- I've tried everything in the book - reset, restart, drained the battery and restarted - no success. What's the solution here?

Mine just started doing this today as well. In addition, the date at the top of the clock face just shows "14" where it previously would've been Fri Jan 14.

Hi there, @Goldfish19 @amiilee. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out. 

Please follow the next steps:

- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Turn the phone's Bluetooth off
- Reboot your phone and restart your Versa 3 once again.
- Log back in to the Fitbit app and set up your Versa 3 as a replacement device:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

If the instructions shared above don't work, please attach an image of the message you see for further investigation.

It may help, won't hurt, to setup the tracker with the replace option.

I tried what you said and still getting the same message/ having the same issue. I can't seem to attach photos from my phone, but will when I have some time to sign in from my laptop.

I tried what what was suggested and still getting the same message/having the same issue. I am trying to attach photos of various tasks/displays, but am having some issues getting them to load. Not sure where to go from here.

Hi,My watch is still having the same issues despite all the rebooting and setting it up as a replacement device. Now I can't even touch the settings! Sent from my Galaxy

I ended up doing a factory reset on my Versa 3 & it seems to have resolved the issue for me. Not ideal, but nothing else was working.
