The clock display does not show up on my Fitbit, it’s just a black screen with a small phone at the top to show it’s connected. If I slide to the right or left I see all the apps, etc. so I know it’s alive and responsive but I can’t check the time and none of the apps actually load when clicked on.

Hi there, @bensong. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.
Is it look like a phone symbol with a line through it? If so, please note that this is new implementation on some Fitbit devices.
This icon means that your Versa 3 is out of your phone's Bluetooth range. As soon as your Versa 3 gets back nearer phone, the icon will disappear.
Hope this clarifies your inquiry.
