I've had this versa 3 for about a year and all of a sudden all I get on the screen is the logo, it wont start, I am disgusted with this watch the calorie count is always off, its just a nasty experience with this foolish wash. If you;re reading this dont buy any of these products. Yes I hate these watches

Have you already tried to restart the watch? How do I restart my Fitbit device?

The logo is still on the screen, there is no text, holding the buttons, do nothing, this is a joke of a watch. a real garbage product. I wish you would tell me something to fix this instead of answering my question with a question. No wonder tech companies are laying off you people, you deserve it

still wont connect, its just searching and the logo is still on the fce of the watch. the green light on the connector is off, not green. I really hate this piece watch its annoying
