My screen has just gone blank. Doesn’t need charging (42% charged). Can’t see settings to adjust brightness. Please help me!!

According to the description of your post, it seems like the Versa 3 is in sleep mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:
To turn off Sleep Mode, please swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
