Versa 3 screen not responding won’t swipe goes blank and doesn’t respond to wrist flick

My versa screen won’t let me swipe or respond to any tap. It doesn’t respond to wrist movement the side button is vibrating I’ve restarted many of times to no avail. Also have changed the clock screen which also isn’t helping… it occasionally will vibrate a few times and comes up with the Fitbit logo and that will flick on and off a few times totally not doing anything I’d anyone has any other suggestions that would be great
